  • Customer Service Representative: Transcom 2010-Present
    Work on phones, troubeshoot and take payments for cable company (Bright House Network) in Florida.

  • Badge Layout Artist and Producer: Hartford Badges 2004-2008.
    Created wearable badges and pocket IDs. Designed ID Cards and Visitor Badges, printed them out and attached attachments.

  • Sign Layout Artist: Sign Shop of Toad Hollow Studio 1998-2004
    Design cut, weed, mask and apply vinyl letters & graphics for billboards, banners, autos, boats and signs using Flexi Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop software. Customer Service: Worked with the customer to design what they wanted. Typed out letters to customers with their proofs.

  • Graphic Design/Ad Layout Artist: H&K Publications, Inc. November 1999-October 2003.
    Used Adobe InDesign and Adobe PageMaker to create newspaper advertisements for various Penny Savers. The Hamburg Sun, The Springville Journal and WNY Jobs Weekly
